 I am currently conducting a personal listening test of these 5 encoders at
 96kbps. The progress is 23% (17 samples / 74 samples).
 - lame 3.99.5 --abr 98
 - opusenc opus-tools-0.1.9 --bitrate 91
 - NeroAACEnc -q 0.333
 - ffmpeg_r70351_v7_patch -c:a aac -strict experimental -b:a 96k
 - ffmpeg_r70351_v9b_patch -c:a aac -strict experimental -b:a 96k
