 Firefox 31.7.0 isn't concerned by this bug.

 This ogv file works flawlessly with ffplay, Mozilla Firefox, Dragon, Totem
 and VLC:
 https://videos.files.wordpress.com/QRXrtxyt/christel-keiser-01_fmt1.ogv

 ffplay shows the correct duration (5:28).
