Comment:

 Why are you using a yuv420p input video to test yuv444p losslessness? Did
 you test ffv1 to confirm that there is a bug in FFmpeg? Did you test
 another hevc decoder to confirm a bug in FFmpeg?
 Please test current FFmpeg git head to make this a valid ticket.
