Summary of the bug:
I can not use ffmpeg to capture HDMI signal using DeckLink Mini Recorder
while there's no way to set bmdDeckLinkConfigVideoInputConnection and
bmdDeckLinkConfigAudioInputConnection.
But [https://github.com/lu-zero/bmdtools bmdcapture] can.
