 I don't understand your question. My input is already a file : it is a
 .ismv file that I want to convert to MP4 :


 /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -report -y -threads 10 -i ~/Desktop/312752-1.ismv
 -map 0:27 -map 0:19 -acodec copy -vcodec copy -aspect 16:9 -movflags
 faststart /tmp/HD_I111494INT1W.mp4
