Comment:

 Is the issue only reproducible with udp input or also with file (or
 {{{testsrc}}}) input?
 Is the issue only reproducible with rtmp output or also with file output?
 Please test current FFmpeg git head to make this a valid ticket and please
 provide valgrind output, this is required for reports concerning memory
 leaks.
