 I can provide a file which you can use to reproduce what I have mentioned.
 The commands will just be as i mentioned earlier but instead of using the
 udp stream you will just specify the file.

 Does ffmpeg offer anywhere I can upload the file as it is quite a large
 file (16GB~)?
