 To make this a valid ticket, please test current FFmpeg git head, upload
 the input sample and provide the command line that allows to reproduce the
 issue together with the complete, uncut console output.
 Is the issue only reproducible with {{{-vcodec libx264}}} or also with
 {{{-vcodec mpeg4 -qscale 2}}}?
