 Summary of the bug:

 DSF decoder converts the file header and id3v2 tag, resulting audible
 errors in start and end of the file.
 How to reproduce:

 built on 28 apr 2016

 Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this
 bug tracker.
