 To make this a valid ticket, please provide the command line you tested
 together with the complete, uncut console output.
 Is x264 encoding required to reproduce the issue or does it also happen if
 you use a native encoder (mpegvideo)?
 Is network input required to reproduce the issue or is it also
 reproducible with {{{-f lavfi -i testsrc}}}?
