 After 12 seconds of play in ffplay.exe noises appear.
 MPC-HC with WMAudio Decoder DMO plays normally.
 foobar2000 also plays normally.

 File encoded from mp3 in foobar2000+WMAEncode.exe

 I chose the 16-bit, but encoder made a 24-bit. I think this is due to the
 fact that the original file was a strong clipping.
