Comment (by atze):

 The output shows that it does not have a problem with the metadata, but
 with the cover art. It seems that by using RhythmBox you also change the
 format of the CoverArt from JPEG to BMP.

 If you dont need the CoverArt then try adding -vn option or -map 0:a to
 the commandline.
