Comment (by zermok):

 Here the uncut console log..
 so it blocks at "Cannot READ RTMP HEADER"
 and ffmpeg goes to 100% cpu orphan
 stop the stream while the live is still running is ok
 it happens only when the live stream stops before ffmpeg
