 In the Ubuntu compilation guide
 https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/Ubuntu, for libraries
 {{{libx265}}} and {{{libvpx}}} there are dev packages for them for Ubuntu
 now which could be installed with:

 {{{sudo apt-get install libx265-dev}}}
 {{{sudo apt-get install libvpx-dev}}}

 respectively

 Just adding them to proper sections of this page in the documentation
 would be helpful.
