 Okay, that is weird. Both files were put through Elastic Transcoder, I
 don't know why it would be using a different method for one file.

 I guess I'll just switch to using the concat protocol with intermediate
 files since that seems to be more robust for my use case.

 I'll see if I can add a warning to the wiki about this in case future
 users have issues.
