 its not a stream problem, because in main udp stream sound works fine, and
 after restart ffmpeg sound apears to! this problem may appear on other
 streams and I can't figure out what it depends on.

 I noticed that when there is a problem with the signal on the satellite,
 the probability of occurrence of this problem is very large
