 Its closed forever. It doesn't matter how many people vote for it, unless
 Adobe does something.

 The FLV format specification does not support H.265, and even more so it
 doesn't use a flexible FourCC system or any other extensible system to
 support arbitrary codec ids, which means without an official specification
 for H.265, you basically create unreadable files.
