 It looks like the default value is 128? With `-max_muxing_queue_size 400`
 we're still occasionally hitting errors.

 If it is advised that we tweak this option to workaround the issue, can
 you please provide some further guidance on what is a sane range of
 values? In this report I see 400, 1000, and 9999 all mentioned.
