 I'm thinking the mov muxer overall? Or even beyond that, it could affect
 any filetype that supports outputted alpha (Quicktime PNG, QT Animation,
 EXR, TGA..).  However the primary issue for us, currently, is to have it
 work with PNG RGBA.
