 @cehoyos: Thanks for calling that out. I'll fix the attribution on
 subsequent patches, I just uploaded that one in case others here had ideas
 on why the file was still failing. I'm not sure it should be applied
 upstream without at least printing a warning.

 I just received another non-SSR sample which is failing in the same way,
 so it may be that there's a secondary bug lurking in
 decode_spectrum_and_dequant() - I'll continue to dig some more today.
