 I can see that Steven's fix was not yet include in the FFmpeg 3.4.2 source
 code release. Probably because the 3.4 referring version was released on
 October 15th 2017. This means before Steven commits its fix to the master
 repository on December 11th 2017.

 I think it will be available in the 3.5 or 3.6 final release.
 For now you should try to use the Master version :
 https://git.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git
