 I tried doing

 https://tungsten.aaplimg.com/VOD/bipbop_adv_example_hevc/master.m3u8
 -acodec copy -vcodec copy out.mp4}}}

 In this case the simple fact that the command ends after ~16 seconds seems
 odd as the live stream shouldn't end. The resulting file also hangs after
 9 seconds over the 16 declared seconds the file should last.
