 I'm curious if it's possible to dlopen() vdpau instead of linking to it.

 The rationale is to be able to compile ffmpeg with vdpau, yet to be able
 to use it on a host where vpdau libraries are not available.

 Feel free to close this bug report if it makes no sense or this will be
 too difficult to implement without immediate benefits.
