 Yes, firstly - FFmpeg should be able to read the clap atom prior to this
 issue being fixed. I think this issue should stay open as I think there
 should be a mapping between clap and PixelCrop. Should I start a new issue
 that's just 'FFmpeg ignores clap atom'?
