 I expect that it will convert the pix_fmt 8 bit to 10 bit using VPP to be
 able to use HEVC 10bit encoding, but right now the real output are garbage
 like i have added in attachment sample_HEVC, what it needs to do its
 convert the sample_AVC that are 8bit to 10 bit using Intel QSV VPP
