 Summary of the bug:
 hi
 local isp iptv stream with udp multicast contains unknown streams. ffmpeg
 takes analyzeduration to start playing. worked arround with
 analyzeduration 1M but it is just a workarround and it takes to long for
 tv zapping.
 solution would be to recognize the streams, or ignore unknown or start as
 fast as possible when enough streams are analyzed
 How to reproduce:
 {{{
 % ffplay -i udp://@239.192.50.2:1234
 }}}
 built on raspi3b+ or ubuntu 16.04
