 Good work!

 This patch fixes both described crashes (the one with "-t 1" and with
 termination using 'q') using anoisesrc and the truehd encoder to spdif
 muxer.

 It also fixes the crash with remuxing the TrueHD (in MKV) input file from
 #7731 to spdif.
