 Summary of the bug:
 After upgrading from libfdk-aac 0.1.6 to 2.0.0 (released 2018-11-22),
 encoding fails with no output written. On exiting, a message like
 "[libfdk_aac @ 0x55a786462900] 613 frames left in the queue on closing" is
 given.
