 So is there a way to specify the parameters of the MPEG-TS container it
 puts the new stream in? Or can the default values be modified to meet the
 standard? You used the term "remultiplexer" are you saying that the
 expected behavior is having to re-encode the video to get the expected PCR
 rate?
