 Using FFmpeg 4.1.4 32 and 64 bits tools.

 - 64 bits tool seems to encode broken Theora video. Bad video and many
 errors shown with FFplay.
 - 32 bits tool works as expected. Good results and no errors shown in
 FFplay.

 Many input video types has been tested and all of them show problems. The
 command to test is:

 Choppy playing and pixelated blocks in most cases. The errors shown in
 FFplay are like this:
