 There seems to be a character encoding problem with the standard error
 output. Some characters outside the A to Z range appear mangled. See the
 picture. I'm also attaching an audio file you can use to reproduce the
 issue.

 This occurs with the latest "static" Windows build (32 bit) as of writing
 this: 20190308-147ef1d
