 Unfortunately it is copyrighted and I don't think I can share it. It's a
 news broadcast, so there are quite frequent scene changes between studio
 and live reporters, video clips, camera angle changes. I think the issue
 should be reproduceable with any content of this type.

 I'm away at the moment but if nobody else can reproduce it I will try to
 produce a free test video that repros it once I get back.
