 Additional Info;

 If hw decoding (-hwaccel_device $GPULOWER -hwaccel cuvid -c:v h264_cuvid)
 and hw based scaling (scale_npp) is removed, you can run multiple sessions
 of above command with 430.x and 435.x drivers.
