 Cool, thanks for the work-arond, cehoyos - I had to add `-strict -2`, as
 well.

 Seems like this is a regression, BTW. I had an older 4.1 build lying
 around. Encoding worked back then even without adding `-vtag avc1 -strict
 -2`. I'm wondering if this is something that should to be addressed?
