 I have this issue with videos I watch on youtube (through mpv). For
 example:

 $ youtube-dl 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=081aXoVJs7k'
 $ ffmpeg -hwaccel vaapi -i *-081aXoVJs7k.mkv -f sdl -
 ...
 [vp9 @ 0x558b20a12380] No support for codec vp9 profile 0.
 [vp9 @ 0x558b20a12380] Failed setup for format vaapi_vld: hwaccel
 initialisation returned error.
 ...
