 ATSC 3.0 service has started to launch in a handful of markets and
 unfortunately some of the stations are still sending interlaced content.
 This bug makes any of the players that use FFmpeg to be unusable for these
 channels (Such as VLC and Plex).
 Here is a clip from CBS which is broadcasting HVEC 1080i:
