 Film is 24 fps yes, which is why we have support for that in the muxer,
 and the NTSC variant 24/1.001 fps. There are a lot of metadata fields in
 MXF which are easy to get wrong, and I don't want us to output broken
 files.

 I went over the specs and the MXF book, and predictably there are no
 recommendations for 30 fps.
