 I will not write in some form thread I didn't start for a bug I haven't
 fixed that the bug "is fixed in blah blah". That you need to do yourself,
 if you think whatever was the problem in this forum thread is fixed by
 whatever patch was submitted. I'm not your legman.

 So, you are telling me the initial example uploaded here:
 http://samples.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-bugs/trac/ticket7037/ now works like a
 charm? If I do "ffmpeg -i in.mkv -c:v libx265 out.mkv", the file will be
 correctly transcoded in terms of color space and necessary meta data
 needed to reconstruct the color space are all preserved? It will look on
 any device out there the same before and after the transcode (besides from
 compression artifacts)?
 If YES, good, case closed.
 If NO, then this is what you need to fix. And I don't care for nvenc of
 Google dev or whatever you are trying to tell me. This is irrelevant.
 Please fix the bug reported here.
 This is a simple yes/no answer. There should be no ambiguity about this.
