Comment:

 Hi all,

 In lieu of the above, I'm changing the type to "defect" again as this has
 rather high priority for us and we really believe this to be a "defect"
 rather then "intended behavior". Could you please take another look
 (especially with regard to what H264 parser does vs H265)?
