 For the sake of fairness and to make sure you'd be able to reproduce the
 tests in the same conditions, I've downloaded
 https://www.johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/old-
 releases/ffmpeg-4.1.4-amd64-static.tar.xz, which is the closest version to
 the custom build I have on my old OS, and tried again the 'null' decoding
 procedure on all my DFF files.

 The results are '''exactly''' the same as with the custom FFMPEG
 `ffmpeg-4.1.3` (York) on comment:6

 But I see you already pinpointed a culprit. That was fast! Impressive to
 say the least.
