 Summary of the bug: Vorbis file only plays correctly the first time
 through, content is garbled after seeking back to zero. Seems some bug in
 vorbis decoder state.

 How to reproduce:
 - ffplay <file>
 - observe beginning of track is okay.
 - after high pitch shrieking, press left arrow until back at t=0.
 - observe beginning of track is now garbled

 Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this
 bug tracker.
