 i want to implement lhls and i dont need to save older files and i dont
 use CDN.
 but -hls_wrap is the last chance to do my job...and if it will be
 deprecated i have (and Not only me) many problems with simple things....it
 would be batter to save hls_wrap option for users who dont use CDN.
