Comment:

 Looks like guys just removed cuvid hwaccel
 https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/60b1f85b67ccb907e4eba3e2c98839769690ed24

 What is strange is that -hwaccel cuvid is actually less fast than nvdec
 and much more energy should be used for cuvid, so dunno, maybe cuvid works
 after all.
