 It may be a language barrier but I'm having trouble following the progress
 here. Is the original problem, static HDR10 metadata not being copied when
 transcoding, already fixed with the patch in the previous comment, going
 to be fixed, or not going to be fixed?

 Everything else including Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and NVENC/NVDEC appears out
 of scope in my opinion. Thanks.
