 I had test the curent FFmpeg git head version, it have the same problem.
 My command line:
   ffmpeg -re -stream_loop -1 -i input.flv -c copy -f mpegts
 "srt://localhost:9000?streamid=test_stream?key1=value1&key2=value2"
