 perhaps roll your own windows ffmpeg.exe build using MABS under Windows:

 or, create a vmware ubuntu 20.04 VM and cross-compile ffmpeg.exe for
 windows using rdp's cross-compilation script: https://github.com/rdp
 /ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers

 only if you are really really terribly desperate, create a vmware ubuntu
 20.04 VM and cross-compile ffmpeg.exe for windows using the buggy often-
 not-working thing:
