Comment:

 Duplex mode seems not supported by my card. There was no option in the
 Desktop Video Setup for this.

 Funny story, I had not updated the drivers of the Blackmagic card.
 I did so now and the ffmpeg -sinks command brings up my card. So, and this
 is a little embarassing, I am sorry for opening this issue. :/
