Comment:

 ATSC3.0 Broadcast video uses AC-4 sound. Support for AC-4 in ffmpeg
 appears to be required for Plex TV to be used to play such video streams.
 I would like to see renewed urgency for this feature. Unfortunately I
 don't have enough knowledge on the subject to program something like this
 but I would be happy to help testing if that's of use.
