matching of the lowest applicable level (like for 720x480 or 720x576 video
- level 3 for 24/25/30 fps and level 3.1 for 50/60 fps; for 1920x1080
video - level 4 for 24/25/30 fps and level 4.1 for 50/60 fps; or for
3840x2160 video - level 5 for 24/25/30 fps and level 5.1 for 50/60 fps).
> Checked on newest (when this report was send) git compilations for
Windows from both gyan.dev and BtbN.
It is seen in the newest Radeon Software version, checked on Radeon RX
Vega 11 (a GPU of the Ryzen 5 3400G APU).
