 * keywords:  overlay_qsv regression => regression png
 * priority:  normal => important

Comment:

 The corruption changes slightly because of recent developments in the png
 decoder, but it looks to me the first corruption was caused by
 5663301560d77486c7f7c03c1aa5f542fab23c24.

 And yes, it is reproducible with git master.
